These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Shiftario mobile application and related services ("the App") provided by the operator of Shiftario ("the Operator", "we", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
The App provides tools for shift management, work schedule tracking, and income estimation.
Income calculations and projections displayed in the App are estimates based on user-provided data and are for informational purposes only. They do not guarantee actual wages or payments.
2. Eligibility
The App may only be used by individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
If a minor uses the App, parental or legal guardian consent is required.
3. User Data
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they input into the App.
- The App may store user data such as shift information, earnings data, and settings.
- Users are responsible for maintaining and backing up their own data.
4. Income Calculations
Income calculations, projections, and statistics provided by the App are informational estimates only.
The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of these calculations.
Users should verify actual wages, taxes, and employment conditions with their employer or relevant authority.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App
- Engage in any activity deemed inappropriate by the Operator
6. Paid Features and Subscriptions
The App may offer paid features such as a Pro subscription.
- Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled.
- Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their store account settings.
- Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including software, design, logos, and content, belong to the Operator or authorized licensors.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without permission.
8. Service Changes
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including loss of income or data.
- Users use the App at their own risk.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may be distributed through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
Use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
11. Changes to Terms
The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective once published within the App or on an associated website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.

support@shiftario.com本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Shiftario（以下「本アプリ」）の提供者（以下「運営者」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーションおよび関連サービスの利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第1条（サービス内容）
本アプリは、シフト管理、勤務時間の記録、収入予測および関連する情報の管理機能を提供します。
本アプリで表示される収入計算や予測は、ユーザーが入力した情報に基づく参考値であり、実際の給与や支払いを保証するものではありません。
第2条（利用資格）
本アプリは、適用される法律に基づき契約を締結できる個人が利用できます。未成年者が利用する場合は、保護者または法定代理人の同意を得るものとします。
第3条（ユーザーデータ）
- ユーザーは、本アプリに入力する情報の正確性について責任を負います。
- 本アプリは、勤務情報、収入情報、設定情報などユーザーが入力したデータを保存する場合があります。
- ユーザーは、自身の責任においてデータの管理およびバックアップを行うものとします。
第4条（収入計算および情報の正確性）
本アプリの収入計算、統計、予測機能は参考情報として提供されます。
運営者は、計算結果の正確性、完全性、または特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。
実際の給与や税金、雇用条件については、雇用主または関係機関に確認してください。
第5条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用において以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為

- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、解析、複製

第6条（有料機能およびサブスクリプション）
本アプリには有料機能（Proプランなど）が含まれる場合があります。
- サブスクリプションはApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playアカウントを通じて請求されます。
- サブスクリプションは自動更新される場合があります。
- 自動更新はユーザーのアカウント設定からいつでも停止できます。
- 購入済み期間の途中解約については、各ストアのポリシーに従います。
第7条（知的財産権）
本アプリおよび関連コンテンツ（ソフトウェア、デザイン、ロゴ、文章など）の知的財産権は運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
ユーザーはこれらを無断で使用、複製、配布することはできません。
第8条（サービスの変更および終了）
運営者は、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変更、追加、または終了する場合があります。
第9条（免責事項）
- 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。
- 本アプリの利用によって生じた損害（収入損失、データ消失など）について、運営者は責任を負いません。
- ユーザーは自己の責任において本アプリを利用するものとします。
第10条（第三者サービス）
本アプリは、Apple App Store、Google Playなどの第三者サービスを通じて配布される場合があります。これらのサービスの利用には、それぞれの利用規約が適用されます。
第11条（規約の変更）
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本アプリまたは関連ウェブサイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
第12条（準拠法）
本規約は、適用される法令に従って解釈されます。
